Ambien worked great for my dad.
You can like drive to the store, almost kill your daughter with a baseball bat, and say obsene comments to everyone!
I hear it works fantastically!

I was taught in medical school an osteopathic maneuver that can sometimes help with RLS.

It is called the pedal pump.

What you do is that, the patient lies down on their back and the doctor (or a friend) will hold the tips of both feet provides enough force so that you are sliding up and down a bit. You want the stomach and belly to be swishing around if possible.

I am being totally serious. This improves venous and lymphatic flow, and is actually pretty relaxing.

So, you and your roommates or who ever helps you out with this might laugh...a lot. But trust me, it is one of the first osteopathic treatments I learned here. It is super easy to do.

Let me know if it helps.

Wait if it wasn't clear, you use a force via the tips of the both feet to rock the person lying down back and forth, for like 5 minutes.

Once again, I'm not joking. Try it

I thought I already gave you the cure (or at least nightly treatment)! Do what Traci's six year-old daughter does: Lay in your bed in the fetal position, face down, and rock back and forth on your face and head until you fall asleep. I don't know if it works but her little girl gets AWESOME bedhead because of it. (Like you need any more help in the bedhead dept. though).

I researched sleep disorders the other week cause my friend was having issues. It was insomnia though and turned out the right music proved somewhat effective. Either way, here's a couple links that might be helpful, but most likely not. Technically speaking, I'm not even a doctor,

I totally get the same thing..only with my left leg though; weird. I take calcium pills each night before I go to sleep and it helps a ton.
